  • Billing Errors (optional): Incorrect charges, duplicate charges, or missing payment notifications.

1.3 Reasons for Ineligibility

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind / No Longer Needed: You no longer want or need the product.
  • Minor Issues: Issues that can be resolved through customer support.
